The cards are easy to personalise, just select the size required, name, age and relationship via the drop down boxes. All wording can be changed, so if you have any special requirements just add the details in the special request box.
 
The card is sent to you with a spare envelope so you can sign the card yourself. If you would like to have the card signed on your behalf just add a note in the special request box detailing what you would like it to say.
